Inactivity is the number one health problem in the country.  It is also one of the easiest problems to fix!  Whether you prefer to workout alone following a timed prompt, with only specific machines that you prefer to use, or wish to have a program designed specifically for you by a certified personal trainer, we will provide a great experience for you. 

Fit For Life is a privately owned studio which puts client needs first without franchise restrictions.  No large initial membership charge is required.  Membership is paid on a monthly basis. 

Fit For Life provides a personalized program that promotes aerobic, strength, and flexibility utilizing hydraulic resistance equipment that mimics working out in water giving you a low impact workout with high performance results. 

We offer nine hydraulic machines, 5 steppers, 4 place runners, a treadmill and more. Our workouts are designed to promote stronger muscles and bones, burn calories, give increased aerobic stamina, improved flexibility, and a mental and emotional boost.  The studio provides regular moderate exercise for mature adults in a pleasant and supportive environment.  Our retro decor provides a special atmosphere for exercise and socializing not found in other salons. 

The American Heart Association recommends strength training for fitness.  Our strength training equipment provides better control of blood pressure, reduced body fat levels, improved glucose metabolism and elevation in mood.  Free Blood Pressure monitoring is provided by a Registered Medical Assistant. 

Don’t just wish you felt better, let us help you feel better.  It’s not fun trying to do it alone, and it is usually quite ineffective without support.  Whether you meet up with old friends or want to make new ones, come as a couple or come alone to just get away, this is the place for you!
