are away.

Our home watch inspections typically include exterior visual inspection of
your siding, roof, gutters, exterior lighting, pool/spa, AC unit and other
visual surroundings. Our indoor inspections include checking windows &
doors, temperature/humidity settings on thermostats, all sinks for water
leaks, we flush toilets, run some water in the sinks to keep the traps from
evaporating, check the breaker box, inspect air filter(s) and inspect your
fire/smoke/CO2 alarms.

Hi, I’m Sean! Owner & Operator of First Defense Home Watch. I am a local
active Firefighter/Paramedic that saw a need in my community for a service
that Seasonal Residents could depend on, to look after their homes while
they were away. As a Firefighter, Honesty, Integrity, and Trust are core
values that are a part of who I am and what I do, and are the foundation I
built my business on. Our purpose is to be an extension of you, and be an
advocate for you and your home while you’re away. Our goal is to exceed the
standard of Home Watch and provide a level of service that is unmatched!
Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious
issues. We perform a visual inspection of your unoccupied property, both
interior and exterior, looking for obvious (or sometimes not so obvious)
issues. While inspecting properties, we use digital reporting software to
document the findings of each visit. This allows you to see what we see,
know that a thorough check is actually being done, and gives you assurance
your home is in the state you expect it to be in!
Our services are tailored to the needs of each property we visit. Some of
our services include:
• Photo documentation &
digital report following each visit
• Immediate notification and mitigation of issues if found
• Pre/Post Storm prep and documentation, including Storm Shutters
• Key holder service (give access to other service providers)
• Ensure other weekly services are being performed (Yard, Pool,
Etc.)
• Run vehicles, water plants, run faucets, flush toilets, you name
it!
