Our home watch inspections typically include exterior visual inspection of your siding, roof, gutters, exterior lighting, pool/spa, AC unit and other visual surroundings. Our indoor inspections include checking windows & doors, temperature/humidity settings on thermostats, all sinks for water leaks, we flush toilets, run some water in the sinks to keep the traps from evaporating, check the breaker box, inspect air filter(s) and inspect your fire/smoke/CO2 alarms.
