He was so intrigued by the airlines industry, he went to
Detroit Institute of Aeronautics (while he was still working for US Airways),
for his Aircraft Mechanic Certification. Upon graduation and certification, he continued
employment with US Airways as an aircraft mechanic in Pittsburgh, PA.
With a keen interest in aviation, in 1990 he began flight training and went on to earn
Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi Engine, Flight Instructor, and Airline
Transport Pilot Certifications. He worked as a Flight Instructor and Charter Pilot
throughout the 1990’s.
In 1998 Tony was offered an opportunity as a pilot for
Comair, Delta Connection as a First Officer, and was upgraded to Captain in 2000.
He was also a Safety Committee member for the Airline Pilot’s
Association while he was a pilot with Comair.

Because of the uncertain state of the airline industry, and as a new
husband, Tony and his wife Robin came to SW Florida and made their home in
Cape Coral in 2003. Once settled in, he began looking for a new
challenge, and
found AAMCO. AAMCO gives him the support and network he needs to

has been helping customers by fixing their cars the right way, saving them
