He went to work at a chain link fence company as an installer. By the age of 21 he was the manager of Tropical Fence Company. His sights were set a bit higher...he wanted to be in the bar and entertainment industry.  Now 24 years later, he still owns the bar and entertainment center he started, the Ricochet Nightclub in Fort Myers. 

Shannon was born and raised in Ft Myers and has a family of his own, including his wife Jami, one teenage daughter and two handsome little boys. Shannon has always wanted to own a business with his father.  He worked hard and went to school and took all the testing for licensing so he has an extended background in pest control, termite inspection, pool care, lawn care and home inspection.  With his background he decided to start a property maintenance business. Shannon proudly asked his father if he would like to be a part of it, and Stengel Property Maintenance was born.
