√ Sign up at every event you see us at.  The paper signups are good for 1 year, and we draw out of the same bunch every week.  You can only sign up once at any event, but but you can sign up at every we are at. √ Be sure you are signed up online.  Once you have done this, you are an "Online Neighbor".  Online Neighbors are eligible to win as long as you remain an Online Neighbor.  You can only do this once, but it gives you an extra chance to win.
