Dr. Petryk is a Chiropractic Physician and Board Eligible Chiropractic Neurologist. He is founder of ADIO Wellness Center, co-founder of Chiropractic Neurology Associates of Florida, Adjunct Professor at the University of Bridgeport, and Faculty of the American Academy of Manual and Physical Medicine. Dr. Petryk has been performing Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) for nearly 3 years and teaches MUA to physicians through out the country. Dr. Petryk takes the time to listen to you and evaluates you thoroughly. Treatments are based on the newest advances in neurology combined with 26 years of diverse medical and chiropractic experience.

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and appeals to both men and women. It's a great location in downtown Cape Coral with street parking or parking in the rear in Big John's City parking lot. The salon has hand picked hair stylists who offer affordable designer haircuts, styling, color, highlights, conditioning treatments, perms, color correction and relaxers for the ladies, men and children.

DR TERRY L TUCKER OPTOMETRIST  In the same location for almost 19 years, Dr Tucker gives the most comprehensive eye exams available anywhere, plus optical dispensing and low vision care.  He accepts assignment for many forms of insurance including the following:  Medicare, Medicaid, Vision Service Plan (VSP), Vision Care Plan, Eye-Med, and Amerigroup/Staywell.
