Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectoryTerms & Conditions

Terms of Payment Advertiser will pay in full upon placement of advertising campaign.

Term of Ad Campaign. Once an ad campaign is underway, it will run for the contracted length of time stated in the order. There are no refunds once the ad is viewable on the Internet. Any changes will be subject to additional charges as deemed appropriate by Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory. Refunds will not be made on picture scanning once the scanning has been completed.

Renewal of Advertising Campaign. Renewals of the advertising campaigns must be submitted to Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory as stated in the ad placement/pricing form. However, any renewal of campaign and acceptance of additional advertising shall be at the sole discretion of Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory. Pricing for any renewal period is subject to current pricing at the date of the renewal.

Limitation of Liability. In the event that Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory fails to publish an advertisement, or in the event of any other failure, technical or otherwise, of advertisement to appear as scheduled, the sole liability of Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory to the Advertiser shall be limited to either a refund of the advertising fee or placement of the advertisement at a later time in a comparable category. Under no circumstances shall Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory be responsible or any consequential, special, lost profits or other damages arising from any failure to timely publish an advertisement in accordance with the Advertising Campaign Order. Without limiting the foregoing, Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory shall not be liable for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to earthquake, flood or other natural disaster. act of God, labor controversy, civil disturbance, war (whether or not officially declared) or any change in or adoption of any law, regulation, judgment or decree.

Representations. Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory makes no representations or guarantees with respect to potential success of an advertising campaign. Further, Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory makes no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or views for any advertisements.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification. Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that Advertiser has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement, without infringement of any rights of any third party. In consideration of such publication, Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory against any and all expenses and losses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) incurred by Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory in connection with any claims of any kind arising out of publication of the advertisement (including, without limitation, any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, plagiarism, libel, privacy, defamation, breach of confidentiality, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices) and/or any material of advertiser to which users can link through the advertisement.

Rejection or Cancellation of Advertisement Campaign. Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory reserves the right to reject any advertisement and to cancel any advertisement at any time at the sole discretion of Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory.

Cancellation by Advertiser. Ad campaigns cancelled by the advertiser are subject to a 25% cancellation fee once the ad or listing is posted. There are no refunds if you cancel your ad after it is viewable on the Internet.

Construction. All ad campaigns will be submitted to Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory for approval. Two B Marketing Inc / CityBizDirectory reserves the right to reject large files, change format, or adjust the size of any image submitted so as to conform to the standard sizes as ordered.

GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida.

Two B Marketing Inc. will not be responsible for any lost payments or images

sent by mail, courier, or email unless receipted by Two B Marketing Inc.
